Bro, this has the potential to either sound really corny or make you cry. However, I am going to say it either way. I read your blogs often and they are a daily inspiration to me. Our family has always lacked a fatherly figure that can teach us and guide us through life, all the while showing us Christ’s love in a way that it was meant to be shown. You are an awesome man who is constantly chasing after the Lord. You know your faults and don’t run from them, but rather face them like a man should. About a year ago Mike and I were speaking of the qualities of a Godly man during a counseling session. I realize you are far from perfect (really, really far…like lightyears) just like anybody else, but you know how to handle your problems in a manner that the Lord will see fit. You face the problems of each day with a smile on your face and acknowledge God before everything else. People notice these things. Like I said, you are an inspiration to me and I am proud to call you my brother. Okay I’m done.
